Rene Garcia is the Founder and Head Coach of Crush BSBL. Rene was drafted as a catcher by the Houston Astros in 2008 and played for the Astros for 5 years. In 2014 he signed as a free agent with the Philadelphia Phillies. He then was signed by the Milwaukee Brewers where he played from 2015-2017. Rene played in the Professional Winter Ball League for Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic for 10 years. Additionally, Rene also played in the Caribbean Series  for Puerto Rico for four years. 

As a professional baseball player, Coach Rene believes that discipline, dedication, desire and work ethic is what's going to take you to the next level.

Gianpaul studied at the Carlos Beltran Baseball Academy in Puerto Rico. He was drafted in 2014 by the Cleveland Guardians and played professional baseball as a catcher for nine years. 

Gianpaul played in the World Baseball Cup for Puerto Rico in 2017 and won a bronze medal.  Gianpaul was a finalist in 2016 on defensive player of the year in the Cleveland Guardians organization. Additionally, Gianpaul played for Puerto Rico in the Professional Winter Ball League for 8 years.

 Mizael graduated with a degree in Sports Training from the University of Puerto Rico. He played baseball all four years of university. Michi is a hitting, infield, outfield and catching instructor. Coach Michi identifies with children, he focuses on their development and learning. He believes in discipline, hard work, good work ethics and having fun through teaching.
